Booking Policy

A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.

The balance amount must be paid before check-in.

Cancellation Policy

FIT (Individual) Bookings

Free cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date.

Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or no-shows will attract a 100% cancellation charge.

Corporate Bookings

Free cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date.

Cancellations within 14 days of arrival or no-shows will attract a 100% cancellation charge.

Refund Policy

Applicable refunds, if any, will be processed within up to 30 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
